Business psychologist (Msc.) and certified coach with extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams at leading Danish and international companies.
In particular, I focus on the dynamic dialogue that contributes to a customer’s development, growth and well-being. I am an experienced user of a range of psychometric assessment tools (Bates ExPITM, Bates LTPITM and numerous Hogan tools) and I combine this knowledge with my experience and skills as coach and psychologist when working with individuals or teams.

In addition, I am certified in the Bates ExPITM (Executive Presence Index), the Bates LTPI (Leadership Team Performance Index), and various other assessment tools.
I am especially fascinated by the creative power of language, and how we can coordinate our actions to create the best possible opportunities for joint development.
