Holter Consulting ApS CVR no.: 37327395 is a data controller for the information we process about the receivers of our services, our customers, partners, suppliers, visitors to our website, and job applicants. When our customers use some of our services, we take on the role as a data processor and in these cases a data processing agreement is signed.

Processing of personal data
For us to provide our services it is necessary that we process your personal data.
Processing of personal data on receivers of our services
When you receive our services, we collect the following personal data from you:
- Name, e-mail address, telephone number, the name of your workplace, title.
- As we provide our service, we take notes about the information that you provide.
If we collect sensitive data about you, we will obtain your consent.
We collect your personal data from the following sources:
- We collect your data when you contact us by e-mail or phone, or when we meet as part of providing our service to you.
- Your employer or workplace. In some cases, we receive your data from your employer or workplace. The personal data we collect will often be your contact information, like name and e-mail address which allows us to contact you to schedule appointments.
The purposes of collecting and storing your data are:
- To be able to contact you and schedule appointments.
- To be able to charge payment for our service.
- To remember the information that you provide us with as we offer our service to you.
The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract related to the service we offer you (cf. The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, b). If we process sensitive personal data, we will ask for your consent, and the processing will be based on your consent (cf. The General Data Protection Regulation art. 9, section 2, a).
Your personal data will be retained for a period of maximum 3 years after our last contact.
Processing of personal data on customers
When you contact us as a customer, we process contact information, company information and job information, with the purpose of being able to deliver and invoice our services, as well as communicate with you. Our processing is based on The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, b and art. 6, f, as it is in our interest to be able to communicate with you.
Information used for bookkeeping material is deleted after 5 years.
Processing of personal data on general inquiries
When you contact us, we process your contact information and the content of your inquiry, with the purpose of being able to respond to your inquiry. Our processing is based on The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, f – as it is in our interest to answer inquiries from you.
Inquiries are deleted when they have been processed.
Processing of personal data on suppliers and partners
If you are a supplier or partner with us, we process your contact information, company information and job information, with the purpose of being able to make purchases and pay you. Our processing is based on The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, b.
Information used for bookkeeping material is deleted after 5 years.
Processing of personal data on job applicants
If you send us a job application, we will process your name, CV, application and any other documents you submit, for the purpose of being able to assess your application and send you a response. Our processing is based on The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, f – as it is in our interest to assess and reply to your application.
Job applications are deleted as soon as rejections are submitted.
If we wish to save your application for another 6 months, we will obtain your consent (cf. The General Data Protection Regulation art. 6, a).
Transfer of personal data
We use a number of third parties for storage and processing of data, including suppliers of IT solutions. In relevant cases, data is passed on to banks, debt collection, freight companies, accountants, etc.
We only use data processors in the EU or secure third countries, as well as companies in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. The following are used as data processors in countries outside the EU:
Microsoft Inc:

When we cooperate with suppliers in countries outside the EU, we use the EU Commission’s standard contracts (SCC) as a basis for transfer, with supplementary measures. It provides the necessary guarantees for the protection of your information.
Automatic decision-making, including profiling
We do not use automatic decision-making, including profiling.
Your rights
Under The General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. You can make use of your rights by contacting us at that contact information above.
The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact information above.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this time. We store documentation of consent given 2 years after it has been withdrawn.
Right to access
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to be forgotten
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of legal claims being established, asserted, or defended, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.
Right to data portability
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal information transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
